1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by ProArms Licensing (“we”, “our”, “us”) to any individual or entity (“the client”, “you”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Firearm Licensing & Competency Services

1. Payment
   • All amounts are to be paid in full before ProArms Licensing will begin any work on your application.

1. Refunds
   • Any refund request initiated by the client before work has begun will carry a 10% administration fee.
   • No refunds will be granted once ProArms Licensing has begun work on an application.
   • If the client does not provide the required documents within 6 months from the date of payment, all funds paid will be forfeited.

1. Service Limitations
   • ProArms Licensing provides administrative assistance with firearm licensing and competency applications. Approval or rejection of applications remains solely at the discretion of the South African Police Service (SAPS), the Central Firearms Registry (CFR), and other relevant authorities.
   • We do not guarantee the success of any application but commit to ensuring all applications are completed accurately and in line with legal requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

1. All content, documents, templates, and materials provided by ProArms Licensing, whether on our website, via email, or directly to clients, remain the exclusive property of ProArms Licensing.
2. Unauthorized copying, editing, distribution, or reproduction of any material is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4. General Conditions

1. ProArms Licensing reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion and at any time.
2. ProArms Licensing will not be held liable for any delays, rejections, or outcomes resulting from decisions made by the SAPS, CFR, or other regulatory bodies.
3. By using our services, the client acknowledges and accepts that all applications are subject to government processing times and legal requirements beyond our control.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
